[6th May 2026] Innovation Makerspace, featuring a Futures Thinking workshop facilitated by Dr Jared Poon, brings consultants together to co-imagine the future of workplace learning and performance in Singapore. Through guided Futures Thinking activities, participants will:

• Examine assumptions about future trajectories

• Co-develop challenge statements to support transformation for SMEs

We marked an inspiring milestone at the Learning Enterprise Alliance (LEA) Awards 2026!

The event was graced by Guest of Honour, Dr Janil Puthucheary, Senior Minister of State for Education & Sustainability and the Environment, where the organisations are recognised for leading the way in workplace learning and innovation.

Under this year’s theme “Navigating Tomorrow Together,” 28 organisations were recognised for their commitment to empowering their people and integrating learning into their work.

[16th April 2026] The innovJam 2026 Showcase Day has officially concluded, spotlighting seven groundbreaking solutions designed to transform the modern workplace. By navigating the rigorous journey of prototyping and testing, our winners demonstrated scalable strategies to solve real-world learning challenges. Thank you for joining us as we witnessed the evolution of workplace learning in real-time.

[30th May 2025] A throwback to The Adult Learning Xchange 2025 (ALX2025), a major biennial symposium in Singapore hosted by Institute for Adult Learning, where innovators explored the intersection of artificial intelligence and adult education. These product presentations highlight some of the ideas and solutions shaping the future of learning and workforce development.

[20th November 2025] The IAL innovJam Hackathon: Evolve Workplace Learning is an innovation challenge organised by the Institute for Adult Learning in Singapore where individuals, trainers, and companies collaborate to design new ideas that improve workplace learning and training. Participants develop and pitch solutions—such as new learning products, processes, or learning designs—that can transform how employees learn and grow at work, with winning ideas potentially moving on to further development or implementation.

[18th September 2025] The Institute for Adult Learning Singapore’s IAL Sandbox Experience [BETA] brought L&D leaders together for an immersive showcase of ClassIn, Nudgyt, and Playware Studios. Participants explored tools ranging from hybrid classrooms to AI coaching and game-based learning to bridge skills gaps. The strong response and interest in IAL’s Sandbox Initiative were truly encouraging!

[24th September 2025] The 'ClassIn for Hybrid Learning' session at inlab's Adventure room introduced participants to an interactive virtual classroom platform designed to enhance engagement in hybrid learning environments. Attendees explored key features such as real-time collaboration, digital whiteboards, and classroom management tools. The hands-on try-outs allowed participants to experience how ClassIn can support more dynamic and effective learning sessions.
