InnovJam Hackathon: Evolve Workplace Learning 2025

[20th November 2025] The IAL innovJam Hackathon: Evolve Workplace Learning is an innovation challenge organised by the Institute for Adult Learning in Singapore where individuals, trainers, and companies collaborate to design new ideas that improve workplace learning and training. Participants develop and pitch solutions—such as new learning products, processes, or learning designs—that can transform how employees learn and grow at work, with winning ideas potentially moving on to further development or implementation.
