LEA Awards Ceremony 2026
We marked an inspiring milestone at the Learning Enterprise Alliance (LEA) Awards 2026!
The event was graced by Guest of Honour, Dr Janil Puthucheary, Senior Minister of State for Education & Sustainability and the Environment, where the organisations are recognised for leading the way in workplace learning and innovation.
Under this year’s theme “Navigating Tomorrow Together,” 28 organisations were recognised for their commitment to empowering their people and integrating learning into their work.
The event also announced the People-driven Innovation in Enterprises (PIE) Programme, the Learning Enterprise Framework (LEF), and the AE Digital & AI Proficiency Taxonomy (ADAPT), alongside the signing of three strategic MOUs with AI Singapore, the Healthcare Services Employees’ Union, and Marshall-Cavendish Education.
Together, these recognitions and collaborations bring the LEA community to 186 members, reflecting a growing movement of enterprises learning and innovating together.
