Plickers

Plickers is a low-tech classroom engagement tool that allows educators to collect real-time responses from learners without requiring individual devices. Learners respond to multiple-choice questions using printed cards, while the educator scans the room with a single smartphone or tablet.

For educators and trainers, Plickers is especially useful in settings with limited access to technology or where device use is restricted. It enables quick checks for understanding, formative assessment, and attendance tracking during face-to-face sessions. Results are captured instantly and displayed clearly for review.

Plickers supports active participation while minimising technical barriers and distractions. By combining physical interaction with digital feedback, it helps educators maintain momentum in lessons and make informed instructional decisions. It is a practical, inclusive solution for engaging learners in resource-constrained environments.
