As Singapore advances a skills-first, AI-enabled economy, no single organisation can build capability alone. IAL, designated as the National Centre for Adult Learning, convenes organisations, institutes, and industry to co-create the ecosystem infrastructure that translates national intent into enterprise practice professionalising adult educators, embedding research into tools, and scaling agile, stackable learning where it matters most.
